Marianne Rowe-Dimas owns and manages The Image Factor. As an image consultant and communications specialist, she gives presentations, workshops and continuing education classes on etiquette, image enhancement, and business and social skills. Her clients include individuals, associations, and companies in the airline, entertainment, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, mass transit, pharmaceutical, sports, technology, transportation, and travel industries.

Marianne is co-author of First-Job Survival Guide. She has been published in Training Today magazine, and her expertise is sought, with quotes appearing in major publications, including the Chicago Tribune and Newsweek magazine. Marianne is an in-demand speaker and has appeared on Cable Television’s Library Channel.

Marianne has more than 20 years management experience in marketing, sales and customer service. As a corporate vice president, she was responsible for corporate identity building, business communications, and customer retention.

Marianne holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois, Urbana. She received her certification as an image consultant from the internationally known London Image Institute. She is also certified on AchieveGlobal’s Leadership Suite.

Memberships in professional organizations include the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and its Chicago chapter, CCASTD. Marianne is past president of the North Shore Professional Women’s Association.
